We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. One arctic white panel covers the exhaust filter bay on three different SEBO uprights, and 7091WE is that panel. It serves the FELIX Premium, the FELIX 2 Premium and the DART alike, and SEBO draws it at item 17 of the FELIX exploded diagram as the arctic white filter cover.
Clamping the filter is the entire function. Crack the panel or lose a retaining tab and the media no longer sits tight in its recess, letting some proportion of the exhaust slip out around the edge unfiltered. This one is easy to miss because suction is completely unaffected, so the machine gives no hint that anything has changed. The evidence turns up elsewhere: dust returning to the room, a filter that moves when pressed through the closed panel, and a bay lip that no longer wipes clean. Nothing else in the housing can substitute for a cover that has stopped clamping.
Behind it, the exhaust filter appears at item 41 of the FELIX sheet with the pre-motor filter 7012AM at item 42, while the DART sheet places that same pre-motor filter at item 13 and its own exhaust filter at item 24. Fitting fresh media before the panel goes back on is the sensible order of work. Among the other white parts, the bag housing cover is 7093WE, the complete handle is 7164WE and the hose duct is 7090WE, with bags supplied as the 7029AM filter bag box.
