We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The dust brush for the Filter Queen 112C Majestic, part 4079005601, sized for the wand on machines running the AT1100 power nozzle.
Soft bristles are the specification that matters here. This is the tool for lampshades, blinds, picture frames, carved trim and the tops of books, surfaces where a hard nozzle edge leaves a mark and where dust needs loosening before airflow can take it.
Dust brushes fail quietly. The bristles splay and stiffen with age and the dust they have absorbed, and past a certain point the brush pushes a grey film around rather than lifting it, which is worse than not dusting at all. Run a fingertip across the tips: if they feel bristly rather than soft, or the row has fanned out sideways, the brush is done. A fresh one goes back to sweeping instead of smearing.
