Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This Fuller Brush outside cam is an OEM replacement for the Titan T4000 and T4000.2, the Fuller Brush FBMMPWCF4, and the Maytag M700. Mounted on the outer side of the nozzle mechanism, the cam's shaped profile guides the moving components it rides against. It pairs with the inside cam to keep that mechanism working in sync.

Over time a cam's contact surfaces wear, chip, or develop slack, and the mechanism it controls can start to feel loose or catch. Replacing a worn outside cam keeps the assembly moving smoothly and protects the mating parts from uneven load. A fresh cam brings back precise, repeatable action.
