Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part B430-0331 is the upper cord hook for the metal-handle Carpet Pro CPU-series uprights, confirmed for the Fuller Brush FBPHD2. The wrapped power cord catches over this hook near the top of the handle, which is what keeps the lead off the floor between jobs instead of trailing loose behind the machine.

Once the hook breaks off, the coiled cord slips free by itself and ends up tangled in storage or lying underfoot where someone can trip on it. Swapping this one small part puts the cord wrap back the way it should be without touching anything else on the handle.

Take a photo of the old hook in place before it comes off, and keep whatever hardware comes away with it. A cord hook lives in a spot that takes a hard yank every time somebody pulls the lead free in a hurry, so it is worth looking over the mounting point for cracks at the same time rather than fitting a new hook onto a damaged one.

This is the hook for the metal-handle CPU-series machines, and the FBPHD2 is the model it is confirmed against. Compare your own handle with that before you order.
