Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details
Transmission pulley for the Hoover Concept, part 38537001. It sits in the drive path between the motor and the brush roll and is what the belt actually grips.
Fitment runs across the Concept range: the U3101, U3103, U3107 and U3109, the U3223 and U3225, the U3301 through U3335 models, the U3715930, U3721910, U3729910, U3737910 and U3745910, and the U6311930 to U6335930 series.
Pulleys wear in a way that is easy to blame on the belt. The groove polishes and widens, the belt sits deeper and slips under load, and the brush roll slows on thick carpet. Fit a new belt to a worn pulley and the same symptom returns within weeks, which is the usual clue that the pulley is the real culprit. Inspect the groove for glazing while the belt is off and replace both together if there is any doubt.
