We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This one-piece chrome wand connects the hose to the power nozzle or hand tools on Hoover canister vacuums, with a button lock pin at the coupling end so it releases cleanly rather than needing to be pried apart. It is ordered as part 43453027.
A chrome-plated metal tube stands up to years of use better than a painted or plastic wand, so the button lock pin at the coupling is usually what gives out first. A pin that no longer clicks fully into place, or a wand that separates from the tool under normal pulling, points to the lock rather than to a bad tool or hose. A pin that sits slightly proud can still look seated on a quick glance, so press it and feel whether it returns firmly before ruling it out.
