Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement nozzle guard assembly (Part #001251015) mounts on the underside of the floor nozzle on Hoover cyclonic canister vacuums. It shields both the nozzle and your floors while helping hold the nozzle at the correct height.

When a nozzle guard cracks or goes missing, the exposed nozzle can scratch hard floors and the height changes enough to reduce pickup on carpet. Fitting a fresh guard protects your flooring again and returns consistent suction across surfaces. It is a small part that prevents visible floor damage.

  • Fits: Hoover S3865, SH40050, and SH40055 cyclonic canisters, plus Royal SR30020 Lexon S20
  • Function: underside nozzle guard that sets proper nozzle height
  • Benefit: prevents hard-floor scratching and restores carpet pickup
  • Tip: inspect for cracks any time pickup drops or floors start to mark
