We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the general-purpose floor tool for the Hoover CH93619 commercial backpack vacuum, Hoover part 440013735, the head that spends its life on the end of the wand and does most of the machine's actual cleaning.
Everything about a floor tool degrades in the same direction: the inlet collects hair and fibre, the edges wear, and cracks open where it has been kicked or stood on. Each of those bleeds air. The operator ends up walking the same corridor twice because the head no longer pulls debris in on the first pass, which costs far more in labour than the tool does.
A sound tool seals to the surface and puts the full airflow at the inlet. It fits the Hoover CH93619. Clear hair from the inlet regularly, as it is the single thing that most affects how this head performs.
