We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details
Black handle grip for the Hoover Conquest C1800 upright, part 440011993. It caps the top of the handle, which is the part your hand is actually on for the whole shift.
Grips harden with age and skin oil. The moulded texture polishes smooth, the material goes brittle at the edges, and eventually it splits along the seam. A grip that has reached that stage slides in a damp hand and makes a heavy commercial upright harder to steer than it has any need to be.
The replacement slides onto the handle in place of the old one. It is worth looking over the handle tube and the cord where it enters the grip while you have things apart, since whatever wore the grip out has usually been working on those as well.
