Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This OEM Hoover handle release pedal in Magnesium Gray (Part #440001492) fits the Hoover UH70060 upright and other similar models. Stepping on the pedal unlocks the handle so the machine reclines for cleaning beneath tables and furniture.

Because the release is used at the start of nearly every session, the pedal eventually cracks or begins to stick, making the handle hard to recline. Installing the correct pedal returns the proper spring tension and a clean unlocking action.
