We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Hoover's hard floor nozzle for the CH93619 backpack vacuum, part number 440013734, is the head to reach for on tile, vinyl, sealed timber and polished concrete.
Bare floors are unforgiving on a nozzle. The sole wears thin where it is dragged, the leading lip picks up nicks from thresholds and door tracks, and a nozzle that no longer sits flat leaks air along its length. The tell is fine dust being pushed into a line ahead of the head instead of being drawn up, and grit skittering away as the nozzle approaches.
A nozzle with an intact sole seals against the floor, so the airflow stays concentrated at the inlet where it can lift the fine material. It fits the Hoover CH93619. Wipe the sole after use so nothing embedded in it drags on the next floor.
