We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Royal RY4001 backpack cleaning system relies on part 2KE2110000, a HEPA filter. Hoover's C2401 and C2401010 are listed for the identical part, so one filter number covers all three machines.
Positioned as the very last stage before exhaust air exits the unit, this filter determines what the operator and anyone nearby actually breathes while the machine runs.
