We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM hose assembly (Part #2KE2200000) has a 1-1/2 inch diameter and fits the Hoover C2401 and C2401010 shoulder vacs and the Royal RY4001 backpack. The hose screws onto the machine and carries airflow from the body to the wand and tools.
