We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Hood and nozzle assembly in Sage Metallic for the Hoover FH50025, part 522233005. It is the moulded front section of the machine, forming the nozzle opening and covering the works behind it.
Hoods crack at the mounting tabs, usually after a fall or a hard knock against a stair nosing. A broken one is more than cosmetic. The panel forms part of the path air takes at the nozzle, so a cracked or badly seated hood leaks and softens pickup, and it leaves the internals open to whatever the machine is working in.
Match the colour as well as the part number. The same assembly is produced in more than one finish for different models in this range. Line the tabs up and press it home along the original seams.
