Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details
Lower motor support for the Hoover CH93619 backpack vacuum, part 440013713. It is the cradle that holds the bottom end of the motor inside the housing.
The support has to absorb everything the motor produces and everything the operator does to the machine, vibration in one direction and knocks and drops in the other. When it cracks, or the mounting hardens and splits, the motor is free to shift a little in its housing, and that small amount of movement shows up as new noise, more vibration coming through the harness, and alignment that drifts over time.
A sound support puts the motor back on a stable mount, which makes the machine noticeably quieter to wear across a full shift. With the housing open, look over the upper mounts as well; they age at the same rate.
