We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 440001362 is the main circuit board shared by the Hoover FH50210, FH50230, and FH50240 steam vacuums. Unresponsive buttons, a machine that shuts off mid-cycle, or controls that behave erratically usually trace back to this board rather than the motor or pump.
Before ordering a new board, check that every wire connector is fully seated, since a loose plug can produce the exact same symptoms as a failed board and costs nothing to rule out first. If the connections are solid and the problem persists, this replacement board restores normal electronic control.
