We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Hoover's Futura and Spectrum canisters take the Type S bag. This is part 4010064S, three to a pack, and it fits across the S3500 and S3600 series, including the S3509, S3511, S3515, S3519, S3533, S3549, S3565 and S3577, along with the C2089.
Suction that has gone soft on a Futura is a bag problem far more often than a hose or motor problem. Paper media loads from the inside out, so long before the bag looks full it has stopped passing air freely. Two-thirds full is the point to change it.
Three bags per pack suits a household vacuuming weekly. Check the letter on the old bag before ordering: Hoover reused the S designation across more than one media grade, so a Type S canister may be running the standard paper bag or the HEPA version.
