We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 562270001 is the seal for the bottom of the dirt cup on Hoover WindTunnel bagless uprights. It sits between the cup and its base door and keeps the container airtight, which on a cyclonic machine is what makes the separation work at all.
When the seal hardens, tears, or drops out of its groove, air is drawn in at the base of the cup instead of through the carpet. Suction at the nozzle falls off noticeably, fine dust escapes around the bottom door, and the cup may start releasing debris where it should be holding on to it.
It fits a long list of WindTunnel machines including the UH70100, UH70105, UH70106, UH70107, UH70110, UH70120, UH70130, UH70140 and the UH70200 series, plus the CH53010 and CP50000. Wipe the groove clean before pressing the new seal home.
