We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This switch controls power on the Hoover CH93619, the 40V brushless commercial cordless backpack, and is supplied as Hoover part 440013740.
Switch contacts are a wear item on any machine that gets turned on and off dozens of times a shift. The failure mode is familiar: the machine needs the switch pressed twice, or it runs until the operator brushes against a wall and then stops, or it simply refuses to wake up while the battery still shows a full charge. Contacts pit and the return spring tires, and neither gets better on its own.
A new switch restores clean, positive control. It fits the Hoover CH93619. Isolate the battery before opening the housing, and note how the leads are routed before you disconnect them.
