We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 401011SR is Hoover's Type SR replacement bag for the Duros canister line, sold three to a pack.
A canister bag that has filled restricts airflow at the machine before it looks packed from the outside, and running past that point pushes fine dust closer to the motor instead of holding it in the bag. Swapping in a fresh bag before it reaches that point keeps both suction and filtration where they should be.
