Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Kenmore floor nozzle bottom plate (Part #KC03RDWCZV06) fits the Kenmore 21814. The plate forms the base of the power nozzle, enclosing the brush roll and setting the height at which the nozzle meets the floor.

A bottom plate that is cracked or has broken clips lets the brush roll sit loose and lets air leak around the base, which weakens carpet pickup and can let the roll bind. Fitting the correct OEM plate reseats the assembly and returns even, sealed contact with the floor.
