We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Power-Mate Jr hand turbo assembly is a complete motorized power-nozzle for Kenmore vacuums, fitting models 21814 and 81714. It connects to the hose handle or wand to deep-clean small areas, stairs, and furniture, with two pins at the bottom carrying the electrical connection.
When a hand turbo stops working entirely or its housing cracks, piecemeal repairs rarely hold up. Because this unit ships as a complete assembly with the housing, motor, and brush-roll components together, replacing the whole nozzle is the most reliable fix and puts driven brush action back on your upholstery and carpet.
