Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 571018101 is the complete power nozzle assembly for the Kenmore DS4090 cordless stick vacuum - the entire floor head, supplied as one unit rather than as loose pieces.
On a stick vacuum the floor head does most of the hard living. It gets steered into chair legs, run over thresholds, and twisted at the neck joint thousands of times, and it carries its own brush drive inside. When the head cracks, the swivel goes sloppy, or the brush stops turning even though the handheld half still runs strong, replacing the whole nozzle assembly is usually quicker and more certain than chasing the fault through individual parts. Swapping it restores the machine to picking up the way it did new.
If your only symptom is a worn or tangled brush, the DS4090 roller brush is available separately as part 571018102; the full assembly is for heads with damage beyond the roller. This assembly fits the Kenmore DS4090 - confirm your model number before ordering.
