We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM pre-filter basket holds the pre-filter in position on the Kenmore DS4015 and DS4090 stick vacuums. The basket cradles the filter element so it seats correctly in the airflow path, keeping filtration and airflow properly aligned.

A basket that is cracked, warped, or missing lets the pre-filter shift or sit crooked, which opens a gap for dust to bypass the filtration system and reach the motor. A sound basket re-seats the filter squarely so all air passes through the media as intended.
