We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. A crevice tool that measures 14 1/4 inches gets into places the standard one cannot: the gap beside a car seat, the channel behind a radiator, the seam where an upholstered back meets the cushion. This is Kenmore's long crevice nozzle, part KC60RZFZV07, in black.
It pushes onto the wand or hose end on Kenmore 31150 uprights and the Elite 116.31150 series, and it is also listed for the BU1005 and BU1018 along with the 116.31140 and 116.31200 uprights.
Crevice tools crack near the tip or split along the taper, usually after being wedged into something tight. Once the plastic opens up, air leaks in through the split instead of at the nozzle, and the tool stops pulling debris out of the bottom of the gap you are trying to reach. If yours is taped, split or missing, this is the direct replacement.
