We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Kirby holder for the belt lifter lens is a genuine OEM component built for the Kirby Tradition 3CB. This small bracket secures the clear belt lifter lens on the belt lifter assembly, keeping the viewing window aligned so you can confirm belt engagement at a glance.
When the holder cracks or loses its grip, the lens can shift or fall out, leaving the belt lifter window loose and the mechanism harder to read during a belt change. Fitting the correct genuine holder returns the lens to its seated position and keeps the assembly tight.
