Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Lindhaus builds the Dynamic 380e as the wider-path counterpart to the Dynamic 300e in its eco FORCE commercial range, aimed at facilities where covering more square footage per pass matters.
The DCS system standard across the eco FORCE line handles carpet agitation and soil lift without the extended dry time that follows a wet extraction pass, which matters in spaces that need to stay usable shortly after cleaning.
On paper the 380e carries the same 880 watt two-motor package as the rest of the Dynamic range, rated at 2,300 mm of water lift and 49 liters per second of airflow, spread across a 15 inch path good for roughly 630 square meters an hour. Six stages of filtration end in an electrostatic microfilter rated beyond 98 percent at 0.3 microns.
For a wide-path machine often bought in multiples, order time is also when we confirm accessory and filter compatibility across the whole fleet, not just the one unit. The trade-off against the Dynamic 300e is straightforward: the 380e's wider path covers ground faster on open commercial floors, while the 300e stays easier to maneuver through tighter rooms and around furniture. If you are equipping more than one unit for a facility, let us know the count when you reach out, since confirming specifications and filtration once across the full order is more useful than repeating that conversation machine by machine.
