We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Lindhaus felt brush shoe plate D38 is a replacement base plate that swaps onto the Dynamic 380e in place of the standard carpet shoe, letting the upright work on delicate hard floors instead of carpet pile. Sized to the machine's D38 (38 cm) brush path, the plate carries a felt strip rather than bristles or a squeegee, meant to protect marble, sealed hardwood, and other finishes that a carpet shoe could scuff.

Felt is the softer of the hard-floor plate options Lindhaus offers for the Dynamic 380e, chosen for surfaces where scratching is a real risk. As the nozzle passes, the felt rides against the floor rather than digging in, so the plate suits routine dusting and light cleaning passes on finishes that need a gentle touch rather than aggressive agitation.

SKU 087330381 is the D38 (38 cm) size built for the Dynamic 380e, it is not interchangeable with the narrower D30 plate sized for the Dynamic 300e. Keep the felt plate on hand alongside the standard carpet shoe so the machine can move between carpet and delicate hard floors without leaving marks on either.
