The SEBO Locking Mechanism for the telescopic tube fits the D1, K2, E1, E2, C1.1, and C2.1. It is the spring-loaded catch inside the tube that locks the two sections at your chosen length so the wand holds its position while you clean.
When the locking mechanism wears or its spring weakens, the tube can collapse or extend on its own and no longer hold a set height. Replacing the catch restores a firm, positive lock at each length setting.
