This genuine SEBO motor mount gasket fits the E series canisters. It seals the joint where the motor mounts into the housing, keeping the airflow path closed around the motor.
A gasket hardens, compresses, or tears with age and heat, and once it fails, air leaks around the motor mount instead of passing through the machine. That bleeds off suction and can let unfiltered air escape. A new gasket restores a tight seal and full airflow.
