We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine Oreck scroll tongue (Part #83057-01) fits the LW100 Magnesium upright. The scroll tongue sits within the nozzle's air scroll and helps direct debris into the airflow path toward the bag.

When the tongue is chipped, worn, or broken, airflow through the scroll becomes turbulent and pickup at the nozzle suffers, leaving debris behind on carpet and hard floors. A correct replacement restores the intended airflow shape and cleaning pickup.
