We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This pair of carbon brushes, part 105697, serves the Domel motor fitted to ProTeam's backpack range. Brushes are consumables: they wear against the commutator every hour the machine runs, and once they are short the motor loses power, stutters, or sparks visibly through the housing vents.
Replacing them is far cheaper than the motor they protect, and doing both at once is not optional, since mismatched brush lengths wear a commutator unevenly.
The set fits the ProTeam CoachVac and Super CoachVac including the HEPA version, QuarterVac, Sierra, LineVacer, QuietPro BP HEPA and QuietPro CN HEPA, ProVac BP, and AviationVac backpack vacuums. If a backpack in daily commercial service has never had a brush change, it is worth pulling the caps and measuring before the next fault, because brush wear is the most predictable failure these motors have.
