We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. These are the 10-quart micro filter paper bags for the ProTeam ProClean and RunningVac, sold ten to a pack as part 104544. Each bag carries roughly 698 square inches of filter media, which is what lets a canister this size hold a full shift of debris without choking off airflow.
Micro filtration matters most in occupied buildings. The finer the media, the less of what you have just picked up drifts back into the room behind you. The QuietPro CN takes the same bag.
Change bags at about two-thirds full rather than waiting for them to pack solid. Suction falls away well before a bag looks finished, and running a loaded bag makes the motor work harder for less pickup. Ten in a pack keeps a cart stocked through weeks of daily cleaning.
