We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Sitting at the motor intake of the ProTeam ProGen 12 and ProGen 15 uprights, part 834721 is the last filter the air passes through before it reaches the motor. Anything that gets past the bag and the intermediate filtration ends up here instead of in the bearings.
It is a cheap part protecting an expensive one, and it is the filter most often forgotten because it is not the one you handle when changing bags. Left long enough it greys over, then blocks, and the machine loses suction across the whole nozzle even with a fresh bag fitted. A ProGen that runs hot, or noticeably louder than its partner machine on the same crew, is worth opening for a look at this filter.
Check it whenever you change bags, and replace rather than trying to beat it clean. Once the media is loaded it does not recover.
