We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM ProTeam upright timing belt (Part #835678) ships as a set of two and fits the ProTeam ProGen 12 and ProGen 15 upright vacuums. The timing belt links the motor pulley to the brush roll so the roll spins in time with the drive.

Belts stretch, glaze, and crack with use, and a worn one slips or snaps, which stops the brush roll and often leaves a burning-rubber smell. Swapping in a fresh belt returns full brush speed and proper carpet agitation.
