We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Rainbow brushroll manifold with integrated rollers (Part #R16239) fits the E2 PN-12 power nozzle built with the belt on the side. The manifold carries the brush roll and directs airflow through the nozzle while the roller wheels support smooth movement across the floor.
A manifold that has cracked or warped lets air leak past the seal and throws off brush-roll alignment, so agitation and pickup suffer. Damaged rollers make the nozzle drag or track unevenly. Installing the correct side-belt manifold restores proper airflow, alignment, and glide.
