Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Rainbow nozzle housing manifold (Part #R16240) fits the E2 Black (Diamond) PN-12 power nozzle built with the belt in the center. The manifold includes wheels and forms the airflow channel around the brush roll as the nozzle moves across carpet.

When a manifold cracks, air leaks past the housing and cleaning performance drops as suction bleeds off before it reaches the carpet. Broken wheels add drag and uneven tracking. Fitting the correct center-belt manifold restores proper airflow and a smooth, sealed path through the nozzle.
