We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine Royal 18-inch brush roll (part #440010639) has hexagonal ends and fits Royal models 380, 381, 391Z, 690, 691, 692, 693, 1050, 1058, 1058Z, 7900, 7910, 7920, 7930, CR5158, and CR5158Z. It agitates carpet fibers to lift embedded dirt. Some models use square ends, so this is the hex-end version, redesigned in May 2017.
As the bristles wear down, the roll loses its ability to agitate carpet and the machine leaves more behind. Tangled hair and thread add drag and wear the belt. A fresh brushroll restores powerful carpet agitation.
