This genuine SEBO Safety Catch secures the bag holder on G series and 370 series uprights, providing a secondary locking mechanism that keeps the bag compartment components retained during use. It fits the 370 Comfort and the Essential G4 and G5.
A safety catch that is broken or missing removes that secondary hold, allowing components to shift or separate while the vacuum runs. Replacing it promptly with the OEM catch restores the secure lock the machine is designed to have.
