Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The handle release pedal (Part #77135380N) is an OEM replacement for Sanitaire SC9150 and SC9180 uprights and related Eureka and Electrolux-Eureka machines. Pressing the pedal unlocks the handle so it can recline for cleaning and lock upright for storage.

A pedal that is cracked or worn makes it hard to release the handle, so the machine stays stuck upright or will not hold its reclined position. A correct replacement restores smooth, positive handle release built to the original specification.
