Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The handle release pedal (Part #77135380N) is an OEM replacement for Sanitaire SC9150 and SC9180 uprights and related Eureka and Electrolux-Eureka machines. Pressing the pedal unlocks the handle so it can recline for cleaning and lock upright for storage.

A pedal that is cracked or worn makes it hard to release the handle, so the machine stays stuck upright or will not hold its reclined position. A correct replacement restores smooth, positive handle release built to the original specification.
