Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Miele SEB 236 Electro Premium floorbrush, part 7311290, is a full-size electrically driven powerhead built for deep, fast cleaning across every depth of carpet, from low-pile to thick plush. A geared drive belt spins the wide brush roll for reliable agitation, lifting ground-in dirt and pet hair that suction alone leaves behind.

The head measures roughly 13-3/8 inches wide and pairs a swivel neck with a five-level height adjustment, so it glides smoothly across the room and adapts to different carpet pile heights. Integrated LED headlights illuminate dark corners and under-furniture areas, and a rubber bumper protects baseboards and furniture legs from scuffs.
