Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Rattling at the base of a SEBO X2 or X5 UPT usually traces back to the rear underside, where this complete bottom plate assembly mounts. Part 5414DG closes off the back of the chassis, holds the brush chamber and the air route shut, and keeps grit away from what sits above it.
Because it arrives as a full assembly rather than a bare panel, everything needed to close the rear of the machine comes in the one part. That is a useful difference when the original has broken around its fixings rather than in the middle, which is the more common failure, since the mounting points carry the load every time the machine is set down or dragged over a threshold. A warped or split plate lets air in where none belongs, and the machine reports it twice over: pickup at the nozzle weakens because the suction is being satisfied by a leak instead of by the floor, and the base develops a hard rattle audible across the room.
Getting the rear sealed again is what returns the consistent airflow these uprights are built around. It is also worth doing promptly, because an unsealed base draws grit into the chamber above it, and grit finds its way to bearings and belts long before anyone thinks to look for it.
