Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM bottom plate (also part #86-7214-02) acts as the front wheel shaft and underside cover for a wide range of Sharp cleaning heads. It guards internal components against floor debris and impact while maintaining proper airflow through the head.

A cracked or warped bottom plate lets the suction channel leak and exposes internal parts to debris and impact, which drags down pickup. This precision-molded plate reseals the underside so the head holds a tight suction path.
