We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement HEPA filter cartridge (Part #XW060038) fits the Sirena S10NA bagless water filtration canister vacuum, build S10NA-200. It screws onto the back of the machine and captures microscopic particles and allergens before air leaves the exhaust.
A HEPA cartridge slowly loads with trapped dust until airflow chokes, and a clogged filter cuts suction and can push the motor toward overheating. Installing a fresh cartridge restores full airflow and clean exhaust. In homes with pets or allergy sufferers the media fills faster and benefits from earlier replacement.
