Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This wand is a 1-1/4 inch stainless steel telescopic tube, friction-fit at both ends with no button lock. The tube extends and holds its length by friction alone, so it seats directly into a wand socket built to that diameter without a catch or spring to line up.
It is listed for the Sirena S10NA and the Titan T1400, two machines that take the same 1-1/4 inch friction-fit wand. Its fit-all designation refers to that end size: the tube is made to a common socket diameter rather than molded around one machine's button or catch geometry, which is why a single wand covers more than one brand.
Stainless steel resists the dents that a lighter aluminum tube picks up, and a tube that holds its set length is what keeps the wand-to-hose connection from leaking air at the joint. A wand with a loose or slipping telescoping section will not hold the height you set it to, which shows up as the tube sinking back down mid-clean.
