We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 591012131 is the circuit board assembly for Titan T9000, T9200, T9400 and T9500 canister vacuums. It is the board inside the canister body that handles power and motor control for the machine.
Board faults are the ones that make no sense. The vacuum works one day and not the next, the suction control stops responding or jumps between settings, the motor surges, or the machine dies with the cord and switch both testing fine. Because the symptoms come and go, a board is usually reached only after the cord, switch and motor have been checked.
Fitting one means opening the canister body, and the connectors have to go back exactly as they came off, so photograph the layout before you start. It fits the T9000, T9200, T9400 and T9500. If you would rather not take the machine apart, our stores service Titan canisters regularly.
