We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

Titan's commercial uprights use a grey dust cover over the bag compartment, and U11-540.SC is the replacement for the TC6000 and TC6000.2. The job is the same as on any bagged upright - hold the compartment closed and keep the airflow going through the bag - but on machines that get loaded into vans and dragged between floors, the cover leads a harder life than most.

The tell is dust on the outside of a machine you have only just emptied. Once the cover warps or the mating edge chips, filtered air is no longer the only air leaving the compartment, and suction at the floor falls away with it.

When the new one goes on, close it slowly and watch where the edges meet. Any daylight along that seam is the leak you came here to fix.
