Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement Titan front motor support rubber (Part #591004113) fits the Titan T8000 and T9000 series, including the T9200, T9400, and T9500 canisters. The rubber cushions the front of the motor and holds it in its correct seat inside the body.

As the rubber hardens or crumbles with age, the motor shifts and transmits vibration you can hear and feel, which accelerates wear on nearby parts. A fresh support returns the motor to a firm, centered mount for quieter, smoother running.
