We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Titan handle release pedal (Part #591001120) is an OEM replacement for the Titan T9500 power nozzle. Pressing it unlocks the handle so you can recline the nozzle from upright to the cleaning angle.

A cracked or worn pedal can stick or fail to release, leaving the handle locked upright and the nozzle awkward to use. A new pedal restores smooth, positive release and normal handle movement.
