We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Titan lower cord hook (Part #571039104) is a replacement clip that secures the power cord along the lower body of the Titan T3600 bagged upright. It anchors the bottom of the cord wrap so the cord stays coiled during storage.
Cord hooks take repeated strain every time the cord is wound and unwound, and a cracked or snapped lower hook lets the cord slip free, tangle, and drag underfoot. Fitting a fresh hook restores tidy cord management and keeps the cord clear of the brush roll and your feet.
